Yes — March is peak season. The SE trade winds blow at 15–22 knots, the lagoon is flat, and most days are rideable. February is a close second. April is equally good. Beginners progress faster in March than any other month because lessons almost never get rescheduled.

At 20–22 knots: 11–12m kite. At 22–26 knots: 9–10m. At 26+ knots: 7–9m. Beginners use school kites chosen by the instructor — typically 12–14m to ensure controlled power and safe learning.

Yes — March has 28–32°C air temperature and 28°C water. There is very little rain. It is one of the driest months on the island. Ideal beach weather between sessions.
